MANDI LOVE
Esq., MSN, PMH-BC, RN-BC, CLNC
I am the founder and sole practitioner at Love & Associates Legal Nurse Consulting. While I conduct all the legal nurse consulting for the business, I have a network of resources and associates who are ready to help when necessary. Psychiatric and mental health cases contain controversial subject matters which need to be addressed on an individual basis. Every case is unique, which makes Love & Associates Legal Nurse Consulting the perfect firm for your behavioral health nurse consulting needs. As a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse and Licensed Attorney, I have had the advantage of experiencing cases from both sides, the subjectivity of mental health issues and the objective side of the law.
Notable Qualifications
Nursing
I hold Nursing Licensure in New Jersey, Florida, Pennsylvania and Virginia with pending Multi-State Compact and New York state licensure. I hold Board Certifications from the ANCC (American Nursing Credentialing Center) in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing and in Nursing Informatics. In addition, I currently work as an Adjunct Clinical Psychiatric Nursing Instructor for Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.
Legal
For over 20 years I have been a member of the New Jersey State Bar. In addition, I am a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar remaining current in all of my legal requirements. I have appeared before multiple Administrative Courts allowing me both comfort and confidence when being deposed.
